Having left Ladysmith, John travelled to Pietermaritzburg to visit his aunt, Geraldine. 

The following day he cycled to Durban where he met his his brother, Steve.

Steve will join John for the last leg of his journey to Cape Town. 

Still maintaining his international celebrity status, John has been interviewed for local radio, newspapers and TV.

During the past two weeks, John and his brother Steve have travelled along the Garden Route (Cape Province), through Plettenburg and Mossel Bay.  He is now in Swellendam, approximately 250 km from Cape Town!

John has arrived in Cape Town!! He is spending a few days sightseeing and is going to contact us when he is able to get a flight home!! Watch this space!!
